Robin Nash – Owner
Oregon native Robin Nash may have started working in the timber industry, but has been in the disaster restoration business for the past 20 years. He and his wife Holly bought our franchise in 2005.
In his off time, Robin enjoys riding the dunes or crashing into trees and lakes, on his motorcycle. He also likes to teach his grandkids woodturning in his workshop.
Holly Nash- Owner
Holly Nash is originally from L.A. but came to Oregon 23 years ago. She enjoys traveling, going to the beach as well as making pottery and ceramics.
Holly has over 10 years experience in disaster restoration, she alongside her husband Robin own our franchise. Holly is our HR director, office manager and much more. She is IICRC certified in Trauma/Biohazard Cleanup.
Jeremy and his family are new to Oregon and the PNW. He, his wife and five of their six children, relocated from Charlotte North Carolina after traveling across the states and falling in love with the area.
Jeremy is our project manager. He has six IICRC certifications, over 17 years of experience and knowledge in disaster restoration, making him a valuable addition to our team.
Amie is our program coordinator and has a total o f 7 years in disaster restoration. She is friendly and organized, which makes things run smoother here in the office and has a trickle down effect even down to the customers.
She is married with an “amazing” daughter. Her hobbies include four-wheeling and hiking when she isn’t photographing weddings and families.
John Loudermilk is our lead carpenter and has worked in disaster restoration for over 30 years. Our customers enjoy John’s friendly personality and he can be heard cheerfully whistling while working around the job sites. These qualities along with his “get-r-done” attitude make him a valuable member o four team.
On the weekends you can find John on the water, with a fishing rod in hand, or out hunting in the forest.
Rhonda is an Oregon native and it shows in her hobbies. In her leisure time, you can find her rockhounding adding to her impressive rock collection. She also enjoys camping, hiking, and bike riding. She has one son and is proud to be his mother.
Rhonda is our crew chief, has 1.5 years of disaster restoration experience and just earned her IICRC Water Technician Certification.
Our contents coordinator, Lisa Iwen, is originally from Denver but has been in Oregon for the last 15 years now. She has 14 years of experience in the disaster restoration field. She is certified by the IICRC in Smoke/Oder and Water.
Lisa is a quiet go with the flow person and an extremely hard worker. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Danan Rolfe may call Oregon home but was born and raised in south Arkansas. For the last 12 years she, her husband and their four children have been exploring the many wonders of Oregon. Her leisure time hobbies include hiking, camping, photography and fantasy beer league.
Danan is our marketer/business developer as well as leads our continuing education classes for local insurance professionals. She has several years of experience in customer service.
